JAZZATOMIKA is a Melbourne-based jazz combo consisting of Mikey Austin (guitar), Kepler Ryan (alto sax/ clarinet), Agus Batara (key), Avi Ganesan (bass) and Chelsea Allen (drums). Drawing their inspiration from the Bluenote bebop and hard-bop recordings, Jazzatomika strives to capture the passion, lyricism, style and sense of humour of their great jazz legends, whilst tells their own unique story through their jazz standards and originals. In less than 2 years, the band has written, performed and recorded many of their own original compositions. They have also recently made their debut performance at the Reid Street – Community Stage, Wangaratta Blues and Jazz Festival 2013. Jazzatomika’s live performance @ the Supper Market will promise to bring back the sophistication of 50′s bebop improvisation and the coolness of 60′s ‘New York’ jazz party atmosphere.

Saoirse have been playing together since 2006, brought together by a series of happy coincidences which saw them appearing as individuals at several different gig’s and finding a common love of beautiful Irish music. An invitation to sing at a fundraiser in Melbourne lead to an instantly formed bond , the band soon followed!
Saoirse have worked tirelessly to bring world class Celtic music to a wider audience, promoting and organizing their own shows as well as performing at festivals and music functions throughout Australia.
A Saoirse performance will delight the audience with a little bit of everything Celtic; heartfelt ballads, lively jigs ,reels and polka’s , original songs and even a traditional step dance or two!

ALL DAY FRITZ is a family friendly band that doesn’t patronise kids bore adults or damage your ear drums! Swingy, rocky,, funky, jazzy, groovy, country, abit of soul, calypso-y and funny. A collection of well-known Melbourne musicians, comedians and performers, ALL DAY FRITZ has been packing the dance floor with their eclectic style of kid and adult friendly songs, rockin’ harmonies, and mellow and groovy original tunes. THE LINEUP: Karen Davitt (MADCOWS) on double bass , John Fleming (SCARED WEIRD LITTLE GUYS) on guitar Leigh ‘Boris’ Conley (SPAGHETTI WESTERN ORCHESTRA) on keys, Jane Bayly (CRYING IN PUBLIC PLACES) on ukulele.

BALAJO – Jazz Manouche
BALAJO Jazz Manouche – (headed by Mark Twigden ) a unique, joyous music made famous by European gypsy guitarists like the late Django Reinhardt (1910 – 1953) and later generations. It is the confluence of nomadic Romany gypsy music tradition, popular French ‘Musette’ and Jazz.
